1. What is ConveyorWare?
ConveyorWare Business Solutions is all-in-one business software that manages all aspects of the business distribution cycle: purchasing, order management, inventory control, shipping, point-of-sale and e-commerce integration. Completely integrated accounting (accounts receivable & payable, general ledger, and financial statements) provides real-time results. ConveyorWare is web-based “cloud,” or Software as a Service (SaaS). It is used by subscription, rather than purchased as capital expense by “license”.

3. What else do I need to run my business using ConveyorWare?
You will need a computer with an internet connection and a browser.  Your IT department could be a pc, a tablet, or a smart phone.  ConveyorWare runs on most of the popular browsers.

9. What kind of infrastructure does ConveyorWare have?
ConveyorWare Business Solutions uses powerful and reliable hardware. All installations and applications are hosted on IBM Mid-Range computers. The network has direct fiber-optic connections to the internet with best-practice network protections and redundancies in place.

10. Is my data secure?
The ConveyorWare system’s multi-tenant architecture was designed to safely store and partition subscriber data.  ConveyorWare servers are fully protected and secure. All communications with ConveyorWare Business Solutions are secured by data encryption.  Data is protected by layers of backups, including tape backups, regular off-site backups, and incremental backups throughout the day. ConveyorWare uses industry-standard technologies and best practices to ensure that your data—and your business—are always protected.
